Simple Start app

Last January, Weight Watchers launched Simple Start, a two-week app-based program aimed at answering the often-asked new dieter question: "Now that I've joined, what can I eat?". The challenge was to make the app reflect the ease and intuitiveness which the diet was developed around so it was simple and easy to use. I was the lead designer responsible for UI, Iconography and badge design as well as art direction for all the food and meal photography.

Designed with the consumer in mind

Easy to understand and even easier to use, this was one of the most successful apps Weight Watchers ever launched; it resulted in over 2 million downloads in the app store.
